Talents like this should be fished out, and sent on special training for further fine-tuning, as this can create a multi-million dollar business that will be beneficial to his community and the nation at large, like what INNOSON is doing from Anambra.
Other similar innovations by talented Nigerians are wooden cars, locally made convertible cars, storey buildings made with cartons, to mention a few. Sadly, most these have gone unrecognized.
