Ken Saro-Wiwa Jr, the first son of late Nigerian writer, and environmental activist died yesterday aged 48. Ken was a creative journalist, author and he wrote for various international news agencies and was awarded a few times. He also served under former President Jonathan as his Senior Special Assistant on Civil Society and International Media and he served under two other presidents. His former boss GEJ has shared a heartfelt condolence message to his family.
Ken Saro-Wiwa Jr is one of the organisers of Social media week in Lagos with Obi Asika of storm records –collaborating with the Dragons Africa a company owned by Obi Asika. The 48-year-old allegedly died of stroke due to unconfirmed reports.
