The quote ‘Not all Heroes Wear Capes’ holds true, as there are many who do their deeds without the public knowing which is the norm today.
One of such is the talented comedian, I go Dye, who saved the life of a dying man.
His colleague, Ghana Must Go shared the story thus:
“YOUR HELPER COMES WHEN YOU LEAST EXPECT. GOD WORKS IN A MIRACULOUS WAY, FEAR GOD.
May 5th a day that changed my orientation about life and a reassurance that once help is never too far. I was with I Go Dye on a trip from Kaduna after the NAF @54 Gala Night celebration when God attended to a man in need.
As we drove from Kaduna to abuja I Go Dye saw a small village settlement loved the view and wanted to snap but because I was on the express we passed before I could tap on the break, then we agreed to look out for another settlement but as we drove we passed through 3 small village settlement he didn’t like them on the 4th one I suggested we stop and just snap in case we don’t find another one I Go Dye accepted as I parked and we walked into the village. See when God orders the step of ur helper he will come you won’t go looking for them. As we work into the village we saw several huts not until Song of the @samandsong Comedians who was sick even before the event walked straight and sat on a small chair in this compound where this pictures where taking, as we @dmg_records approached the compound I Go Dye said ‘I like this place oh’ then the photo session began. After several snaps just before we left I Go Dye asked, who get dis house? One of the guys from the village replied ‘he dey inside he dey sick’ and I Go Dye asked; since wen? The guy replied E don tey. I Go Dye ask if we could see him and they said yes so we went in, the man was lying could not talk nor stand his children told us they don’t have money to eat so they can’t take him to the hospital, see the children didn’t go begging neither did they take their dying father to the street, God will send ur helper to locate u no matter how far u are from them. We where only looking for a place to snap little did we know God wanted us to fulfill a mission. I Go Dye didn’t leave them the way we met them. Guess what they never knew who I Go Dye was.
I pray for speedy recovery and I call on those who are in position to help others please do so. And to my Brother, Friend and Colleague I Go Dye may God Almighty continue to bless and keep you. I am inspired by your kind gesture.”
