After effortlessly leading us on high and low emotional journeys on Saturday during the much-anticipated wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Kensington Palace seems not to be done with us just yet as it has blessed us with another gift- the official wedding day pictures.
Posted to Instagram this afternoon, the Palace first posted a picture of the newlyweds standing with their family, bridesmaids and page boys.
In the snap, Meghan stood alongside her radiant mother, Doria Ragland, Prince William and her husband, while Harry was pictured next to his father, Prince Charles, and step-mother, Camilla Parker Bowles.
Kate Middleton sat for the photograph with Princess Charlotte on her knees, next to Prince George. On the other side of the royal couple sat the Queen and Prince Philip.
In the third and most adorable snap, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle sat on the steps of their royal wedding venue, Frogmore House, months after posing in the same spot for their engagement photos.
The Palace captioned the snap: ‘The Duke and Duchess of Sussex would like to thank everyone who took part in the celebrations of their wedding on Saturday.
‘They feel so lucky to have been able to share their day with all those gathered in Windsor and also all those who watched the wedding on television across the UK, Commonwealth, and around the world #RoyalWedding’
The images were taken by Alexi Lubomirski in The Green Drawing Room of Windsor Castle, following the carriage procession.
