Popular music star, David Adeleke, stage name – Davido clocks 26 today. Since his hit song, Back When, in 2011, he has not looked back in satisfying his fans with good music. As a young musician, Davido has influenced both the music world and the political sphere. His laudable achievements make his 26th birthday worth celebrating. - Davido was born in Atlanta, Georgia on 21 November 1992. He attended the British International School in Lagos.
- Davido is sure to give people assurance as he continues to bag multiple awards. According to Wikipedia, he has received a total of 42 awards from 87 nominations which consists of BET awards, Kora Award, MTV Africa Music Awards and Channel O music video awards and many others.
- He is the most followed Nigerian Celebrity on instagram with a total of 8.2 million followers.
- He studied study Business Administration at Oakland University in Alabama but returned back to Nigeria to pursue his music career. He got admitted into Babcock University to study music, a department his father helped to set up. In June 2015, he graduated from Babcock University with a second class upper degree in Music.
- His father Adedeji Adeleke, is a billionaire and business mogul. He is the CEO of Pacific Holdings Limited and the president of Adeleke University. His mother, Vero Adeleke, was a university lecturer before she died in 2013.
- The 26-year-old artist already has two beautiful daughters from his two baby mamas – Sophia Momodu and Mandy.
