The man who was arrested after breaking into Rihanna’s L.A. home to “have sex” with her, is now facing 3 felony charges, according to TMZ.
Eduardo Leon was scheduled to appear in court Monday afternoon in L.A., but even before arriving, the judge had already charged him with stalking, burglary, and vandalism. In addition to that, he was also charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest.
The 26-year-old man was discovered in the singer’s home last week by Riri’s assistant. It’s been said that he stayed at least an entire day. He told police he wanted to have sex with the singer, not rape her.
As creepy as that sounds, Leon was so determined to meet Rihanna, he actually broke into another home a week earlier, thinking it was the place where she was residing. He was also booked for residential burglary and trespassing. Thankfully Rihanna was not home at the time of the break-in.
