Presidential candidate of the Alliance For A New Nigeria (ANN), Fela Durotoye, has been chosen by the Presidential Aspirants Coming Together (PACT) group to contest the 2019 presidential seat in Nigeria.
Presidential Aspirants Coming Together (PACT) is a coming together of various young presidential aspirants who believe they can work together to wrest power from the old political class.
Other nominees were Kingsley Moghalu, and Yomi Sowere. See the reactions of Nigerians below:
Fela Durotoye beating Kingsley Moghalu is the most surprising thing I’ve heard today…. it speaks volumes though.

PACT picked Fela Durotoye? Was actually thinking they will go with Kingsley Moghalu. Okay oh.🚶🚶

We are not realistic in Nigeria. I think them Fela Durotoye think they can pull a surprise. These guys won't get 1 million votes. I noticed they have been using the France election as yardstick for this their daydreaming season. Not going to happen in Nigeria

How is Fela Durotoye the consensus candidate and not Kingsley Moghalu? Are you people serious about this election at all?

With respect, that is a monumental mistake. While they all have little chance of winning, Kingsley Moghalu’s has engaged and his message has resonated with more people. He has been visible unlike Fela Durotoye who thinks sphewing some Mahatma Ghandi motivational quotes helps. https://t.co/suUu0fBGX5

Was Fela Durotoye chosen over Kingsley Moghalu by that PACT group? Please tell me no

How'll they choose Fela Durotoye over Moghalu? What kinda nonsense is that…..
So Fela would be the presidential candidate & Moghalu the vice…. mtschww— 'jibolayemi (@Chexfactor) August 30, 2018
Fela Durotoye is the man. Aspire to perspire to acquire and refire. When you vex-pire, you don't retire. You refire your desire to require, acquire and chop-tire.
Agbaya!
